Joshua Rogers, a former Massachusetts licensed home improvement contractor, certified in home inspection with over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial construction and building maintenance, is an asset to have on your real estate team. Josh grew up just north of Boston and his career in real estate was ignited through his appreciation for older homes after years of living in and working on beautiful historical homes and buildings of New England. Josh’s favorite type of properties include older homes, historical properties and vacation homes. Josh enjoys helping sellers prepare to showcase their properties by offering helpful advice and homeowner tips.
Krista Rogers grew up north of Boston. Her interest in real estate began at a young age when she would accompany her mother to work at a busy real estate developers' office. Krista was inspired by her love for horses and her dream to have her Arabian horse, Flash, stabled in her backyard as a child. As a teenager, she enjoyed spending hours looking over horse farm properties on local real estate websites just for fun. Krista’s favorite type of properties include equestrian properties and aviation/ airpark properties. Krista enjoys working on their real estate website, CentralFloridaHomeSellingTeam.com, which she designed herself as a resource for buyers trying to find their ideal Florida lifestyle and the sellers who want to connect with them. Krista enjoys getting to know her clients like family to help them find the property of their dreams.
Together, Josh & Krista owned and operated a luxury short-term vacation rental maintenance management company on Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire before trading in their snow shovels for beach umbrellas & relocating their family and Labrador Retrievers to sunny Central Florida. They enjoy spending time with their children at Disney World, exploring Florida's beautiful beaches, watching rocket launches from their backyard & observing wildlife at the nature preserves whenever they can.
